Job Title: Corporate Tax Experienced Senior Associate

Job Description:

Manage and execute corporate tax engagements from start to finish ensuring quality timeliness and compliance with budget.

Supervise train and mentor associates and interns; perform engagement reviews and provide feedback.

Review corporate income tax returns prepared by staff and identify opportunities for accuracy improvements and tax savings.

Prepare and review ASC 740 income tax provisions and related documentation.

Conduct tax research and provide consulting support on complex tax matters.

Utilize tax software to prepare and process corporate tax returns.

Respond to IRS state and other tax authority inquiries.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Gain in-depth understanding of client business operations to tailor tax strategies effectively.

Participate in professional development and ongoing training.

Maintain the highest professional standards and ensure client confidentiality.
