Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Strategy Head to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA from a premier institute such as IIM along with a Bachelors degree in Engineering and bring 10-15 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or business operations. This role requires a strong ability to analyze business performance design growth strategies and drive cross-functional execution enabling the organization to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leadership to design refine and implement business strategies

aligned with long-term objectives.

Lead market research competitive benchmarking and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Manage cross-functional strategic projects ensuring timely execution and measurable business outcomes.
Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing performance metrics identifying trends and developing actionable insights.
Prepare and deliver high-impact reports presentations and strategy documents

for leadership review and decision-making.

Lead initiatives to optimize internal processes operational efficiency and resource allocation.
Support business expansion initiatives including new market entry partnerships and diversification.
Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor business environment and contribute to long-term planning risk assessment and organizational transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./) with MBA (Strategy/General Management/Business Analytics) from a Premier Institute (IIMs preferred BLACK).
10-15 years of relevant experience in business strategy management consulting or corporate planning.
Strong expertise in business analysis market research and financial modeling.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently manage cross-functional teams and deliver results.
Exceptional communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
