Detailed JD:

experience as an M365 System Administrator with practical knowledge of on-boarding migrating integrating configuring
upgrading and supporting M365 services.
Excellent knowledge of core M365 Services including Exchange Online & On
Premise Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Knowledge of core Azure Cloud computing concepts (AZ-900 Certification as a minimum requirement with AZ-104 certification preferred).
Core skills and experience of Wintel Server Networking & PowerShell.
Good foundational understanding in Agile Methodologies AI Operations ITIL
Data Analytics PowerBI and Microsoft Modern Service Management.
Track record of successful problem analysis and resolution with extensive
hands-on IT support experience.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Good report writing and documentation skills and a strong verbal communicator.
Able to present concepts ideas and recommendations in a clearly structured and logical fashion.
Self-motivated able to prioritize good time management and is goal driven.
Collaborative nature; willing to share ideas debate solutions to achieve
consensus on the best way to drive the service forward for the betterment of the organization.
Able to work in a high pressure and time critical environment.

Experience working in a financial or regulated sector and aware of best practices.
