Java Reactive Developer Role: Java Developer Reactive Programming
Experience: 5 8 years (mid to senior level)
Key Responsibilities -
Design and develop applications using Reactive Java frameworks for scalable non-blocking systems.

Implement and maintain microservices built with Reactive Spring (Spring WebFlux) Project Reactor or RxJava.

Apply reactive streams principles including backpressure handling and async data flows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and event-driven architectures.

Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness of systems.
Mandatory Skills -
Core Java 8 or above with strong coding and debugging skills.

Reactive Programming concepts - reactive streams non-blocking I/O backpressure.

Hands-on with Project Reactor RxJava or Spring WebFlux.

Spring Boot framework for microservice development.

Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data processing.

Understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
Good-to-Have / Desired Skills -
Exposure to Vert.x Kotlin or Coroutines.

Familiarity with Kafka / RabbitMQ for reactive message-driven systems.

Database knowledge MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB.

CI/CD containerization (Docker Kubernetes) awareness.
