Job Summary
Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience working simultaneously with Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Deep understanding of marketing automation principles and CRM data architecture
Experience with integrating Marketo and Dynamics 365 platforms and managing the data flow between them
Strong knowledge of campaign execution segmentation AB testing and lead management in Marketo
Experience customizing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM workflows plugins and data hygiene
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in marketing automation such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM
Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of collaborating across multiple teams
Experience supporting clients or organizations in regulated industries is highly desirable
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in Marketo Marketo Certified Expert and or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Developer
