Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Architect to lead end-to-end cloud architecture data migration and program delivery for a key client initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in data migration from SAP and other enterprise sources into AWS (S3 Redshift) and will serve as both a hands-on architect and strategic advisor to the clients technology leadership.

12 years of IT experience with at least 6 years in AWS cloud architecture.
Proven experience leading data migration from SAP and other enterprise systems to AWS S3 and Redshift.
Strong understanding of data pipelines Glue Redshift Spectrum Athena and Lake Formation.
Excellent program delivery ownership and ability to manage distributed teams.
Strong client-facing consulting skills - capable of influencing senior stakeholders and providing technology advisory.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Must be based in or willing to work hybrid at Neenah or Oconomowoc Wisconsin.
