Job Description

Position : Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
Location : Atlanta GA Onsite

Duration : Long Term Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with strong experience building and maintaining containerized cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role requires hands-on engineering expertise across front-end back-end and cloud infrastructure as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain scalable high-performance GCP cloud-native applications.
Implement and support microservices architecture ensuring modular and maintainable solutions.
Build and integrate event-driven systems to enhance system responsiveness and resiliency.
Collaborate with Product Owners Architects and cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.
Optimize application performance and address system bottlenecks.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects ensuring application stability and reliability.
Maintain code quality standards through best practices automation and peer reviews.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative continuous-learning team culture.

Required Knowledge

Agile / SAFe methodologies
CI/CD pipelines and SDLC workflow
Software engineering best practices (clean code test-driven development code reviews)
BDD / TDD
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Understanding of pipeline business processes (nice to have)
