Job Summary

Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an attorney with at least four years of strong commercial litigation experience capable of managing complex matters with confidence and minimal supervision. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing ability a deep understanding of litigation strategy and proven experience handling the day-to-day aspects of large-document cases.

Hands-on experience with depositions oral arguments and trials is highly valued.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Nevada Bar membership in good standing
Minimum four years of commercial litigation experience
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Experience handling large-scale document review and discovery

You have:

Has 4 years of strong commercial litigation experience
Possesses excellent writing and analytical abilities
Thrives in a collaborative fast-moving environment
Brings deposition oral argument or trial experience (preferred)
Is a member of the Nevada Bar (required)

Responsibilities:

Manage all stages of litigation including case strategy discovery and motion practice
Draft review and argue motions with clarity and precision
Conduct and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and clients
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case management and client communication
Provide practical business-focused legal advice aligned with client objectives.
