Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and drive Tsebo Groups technology vision and strategy
- Lead the development evaluation and coordination of IT systems in partnership with outsourced providers
- Manage dual environments: a mature RSA market and a less developed non-RSA African market
- Nurture and innovate a cloud-based strategy to support distributed and remote operations
- Facilitate communication across internal and external technology stakeholders
- Drive innovation AI digital transformation automation and continuous improvement
- Enhance the user experience and simplify processes
- Deliver strategic IT leadership governance and top quartile cost efficiencies
