Duties & Responsibilities
A leading provider of innovative agricultural machinery and equipment dedicated to improving farm productivity and sustainability. We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design testing and development of agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Support senior engineers in product modification troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Conduct field visits for equipment setup calibration and customer support.
- Prepare technical documentation reports and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Agricultural Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 02 years of relevant experience (internship or industrial attachment experience acceptable).
- Strong understanding of farm machinery systems and agricultural operations.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks AutoCAD or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
