Duties & Responsibilities- Keep daily records of employee attendance and leave using the PRP system.
- Capture leave in advance and resolve payroll queries from various sites.
- Check and verify temporary payroll and cost-to-company (CTC) data each month.
- Submit corrections with the approved forms and approvals.
- Monitor biometric clocking track absenteeism and arrange temporary replacements when needed.
- Work with site teams to fix clocking issues and ensure accurate data.
- Prepare monthly interim payrolls with all required documents and sign-offs.
