Do you have 3 years Pattern Maker experience using Lectra or Gerber software (essential requirement)

Duties & Responsibilities

Pattern Creation: Develop print and grade various patterns using Lectra or Gerber Software.
Amendments to patterns as per specs.
Sample Assessment: Evaluate first samples and make necessary modifications or corrections to original patterns.
Troubleshooting: Identify and solve issues to improve overall patterns.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Development and Design team to ensure a successful production cycle.
Attend fit sessions with Designer.
Understanding of the measuring techniques requirements and acceptable standards across the various garments.
Liaising with Design team RE; patterns specs design amendments fits etc.
Liaising with suppliers via the production team regarding specs fits pattern amendments and overall production.
Manage the technical performance of garments in the company and ensure that they adhere to technical standards.

Essential Requirements:

Technical Skills: Proficient in using Lectra software and maintaining measurement tables.
Do you have STRONG Gerber or Lectra skills and experience
Do you have 2 to 5 years experience as a Ladieswear Pattern Maker WITHIN a Fashion Retail or Clothing Manufacturing environment
Do you have a Fashion Design Degree or 3 Year Diploma
