Job Summary
A national JSE-listed company is looking for a proactive operationally minded Accountant to join their team. Youll take ownership of financial reporting and play a vital role in keeping operations running seamlessly. If youre a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and making things happen this is the role for you!
Full finance function
Budgets and forecasting
Cashflow management
Continuous process improvements
Team management team of 4
Full tax compliance
GL reconciliations
Month end process and close
Preparing the annual financial statements
Assist the procurement department
BEE planning and implementation
Insurance claims
Payroll deductions
Skills & Experience:
Willing to travel every quarter
Sage X3 beneficial
Solutions Driven
Attention to detail
Work independently
Positive team player
Manufacturing Retail FMCG Mining experience
Qualification:
BCom Accounting degree SAICA articles non negotiable
Minimum 3-5 years experience post articles in a similar role
