Job Summary
We are seeking a Chef to assist with kitchen operations at this Safari camp. This is a unique opportunity for a chef who thrives in a game lodge environment enjoys direct interaction with guests and is capable of handling every aspect of the kitchenfrom menu planning to stock takes and ordering.

- Proven experience as a Chef in intimate settings.
- Strong culinary skills creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage an entire kitchen independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Highly organized adaptable and self-motivated.
Benefits
Salary Range: From R12000 depending on experience
Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Accommodation: Live-in position with meals on duty and tips
Availability: Position available immediately
Short-term contract (36 months) with the potential to transition into a full-time role
