Senior Sales Manager Luxury Hotel Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in hospitality sales capable of managing diverse market segments and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Manage relationships across MICE leisure and corporate segments.
Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Represent the property at trade shows networking events and sales calls as required.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and service delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis for management.
Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and travel in line with business needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 35 years experience in hotel sales within the luxury hospitality sector.
Proven track record of success in MICE leisure and corporate sales.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional proactive and highly motivated approach.
