Senior Sales Manager Luxury Hotel Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in hospitality sales capable of managing diverse market segments and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Manage relationships across MICE leisure and corporate segments.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Represent the property at trade shows networking events and sales calls as required.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and service delivery.

  • Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis for management.

  • Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and travel in line with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 35 years experience in hotel sales within the luxury hospitality sector.

  • Proven track record of success in MICE leisure and corporate sales.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Professional proactive and highly motivated approach.
