Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in fun and educational activities.
- Assist with daily routines including meal preparation bathing and homework help.
- Promote a safe and positive environment for the children.
- Coordinate and participate in playdates and outings.
- Communicate regularly with parents about the childrens progress and activities.
- Encourage development through creative play and educational games.
- Assist in household tasks related to the childrens care.
- Adapt to the familys needs and schedules flexibly.
- Provide occasional overnight care as required.
- Help children with school projects and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in childcare or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Genuine love for children and a nurturing attitude.
- Ability to plan and engage in recreational and educational activities.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Flexibility in adapting to family routines and schedules.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in early childhood development is advantageous.
- Must be able to commit for a specified period.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is beneficial.
- Valid drivers license is a plus.
