Our client is a leading consumer goods in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Job descriptions:

Product Lifecycle Management: Supervise and drive the efficient Dev-Com process ensuring projects meet brand and consumer needs and are successfully scaled to mass production on time (optimizing time-to-market).
Commercialization & Profitability: Lead the planning and commercialization of projects according to seasonal calendars and strict cost/margin targets.
Global Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders including factories superiors and cross-functional teams - to drive timely decision-making and maintain professional relationships.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance: Champion continuous improvement across all Dev-Com activities and support regional material tasks as part of the broader Companys Material Supply Chain operations.
Culture & Representation: Positively represent the company in a supportive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements

Industry Experience: 10 years of experience in the footwear industry with concentrated focus on Development and Commercialization.
Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience managing staff (people management).
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of material applications and product constructions relevant to the footwear sector.
Organizational Acumen: Proven ability to thrive in a multi-tasked fast-paced environment within a complex global organization effectively prioritizing competing deadlines and the needs of diverse constituents.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to prepare present information and respond clearly to questions from Senior Management the HQ team and other global employees.
Language: Excellent written and verbal English is required.
