The role:

As a PMO & Portfolio Analyst you will help drive our goals by:

  • Support portfolio planning prioritisation and control by collecting validating and analysing project and portfolio data across all business units.
  • Maintain and manage portfolio data tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI SharePoint) including user access data refreshes and data integrity.
  • Oversee information flow and documentation across portfolio tools and SharePoint sites ensuring stakeholders have access to current and accurate project information.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of portfolio review meetings including scheduling agenda development and action tracking.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with data using tools such as Excel Power BI SharePoint and simple database queries.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to present information clearly.
  • Exposure to project management or PMO processes ideally within an engineering construction or capital projects environment.
