Position Overview

We are seeking an experiencedCNC Machinistto join a climate-controlled machine shop inCatoosa OK. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operatingHAAS mills and lathes as well as lathes equipped withFanuc controls to produce precision components according to specifications. This position requires strong setup skills technical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.

CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities

Set up and operateHAAS mills and lathes andFanuc-controlled lathesindependently.
Perform complete setups tool changes and offset adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
Read and interpretblueprints drawings and part specificationsaccurately.
Use precision measuring tools includingtape measures micrometers and calipers to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
Ensure parts meet quality standards and production goals with minimal rework.
Maintain aclean organized and safety-consciouswork environment at all times.
Collaborate effectively with machinists engineers and supervisors to achieve daily objectives.
Contribute to a positive team culture through professionalism and reliability.

CNC Machinist Requirements

Minimum3 years of recent CNC machining experiencerequired.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience withHAAS mills and lathesandFanuc controls.
Must be able toperform own setups and operate independentlywith minimal assistance.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and perform precise measurements.
Proficient with tape measures micrometers and precision measuring equipment.
Dependable attendance strong work ethic and effective teamwork skills.
Commitment to maintaining athoroughly clean and organizedworkstation.

Work Environment & Schedule

Climate-controlled machine shop with an excellent team culture.
Monday through Friday schedule with overtime as required.
