The John R. Post School of Engineering at Alvernia University invites applications to our adjunct faculty pool in Industrial Engineering. Qualified applicants may be contacted as staffing needs arise for upcoming semesters. All courses are taught in person at our Reading Pennsylvania campus and are generally scheduled during daytime hours. Remote or online teaching is not available.
Potential course assignments may include:
Work Systems
Process Control with LEAN / Six Sigma
Stochastic Modeling
Operations Research
Manufacturing
Ergonomics
Engineering Optimization
Robotics
Control Systems
Applicants should have expertise in one or more of these subject areas. A Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field is preferred. Relevant industry experience is also highly valued.
