Job Summary

Were looking for an AI Systems & Enablement Lead to help us reimagine how Virtual Coworker works. Youll audit our internal systems optimise processes through automation and build our in-house AI Academy to train our 450 remote contractors across the Philippines.

This role is perfect for someone whos part strategist part builder and part teacher someone who can lead our AI transformation end-to-end.

Key responsibilities:

Audit current tech stack (CRM ATS website workflows) and identify automation opportunities.

Recommend and implement AI-driven improvements using tools like Zoho Zapier Notion AI Make ChatGPT API and others.

Design and lead the Virtual Coworker AI Academy including training content and certification modules.

Develop and deliver AI training programs for staff and contractors.

Build scalable automated internal processes that reduce manual work.

Stay current on emerging AI tools and recommend new integrations.

Create and track KPIs for AI adoption and productivity improvement.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in AI automation business process optimisation or system integration. Hands-on experience with Zapier Make (Integromat) Airtable ChatGPT API or Zoho One. Excellent communication and training delivery skills. Ability to design simple clear learning content (videos slides playbooks). Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to self-manage projects. Bonus: Experience in recruitment HR tech or SaaS.
