This role is responsible for managing relationships with sector partners ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration. It involves strategic planning account management and providing exceptional client service to enhance the companys presence in the sector.
Participate in planning & executing companys business development strategy to ensure alignment of departmental goals with the overall business objectives.
Develop and acquire new business to achieve the companys long-term objectives
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding the companys footprint in charities & financial services sector.
Provides management quality assurance and compliance with the client requirements on bid/capture efforts across sector in the region to ensure high-quality standards
Monitor industry trends regulatory changes and competitive activities to identify opportunities threats and provide insights and recommendations
Negotiate contracts terms and conditions with partners to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for the sector to provide ongoing support and consultation to banking partners develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports on sectors accounts status performance metrics and business development activities to support sector strategic planning
Provide input in bid/no-bid decisions and maintain the pipeline tracker updated to support the decision-making process.
Coordinate with technical teams in all aspects of proposal processes to ensure high-quality competitive proposals that meet client requirements.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant
9 years of experience in account management business development.
Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
