Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours per week Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm EST

Scope
- Remote work arrangement with full integration into clients team
- Work EST business hours to align with Washington DC operations
- Focus on administrative scheduling and communication tasks
- Support for both apartment building and condominium association management
- Basic bookkeeping support limited to data entry level tasks
- Long-term role with potential for growth and increased responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Handle heavy administrative tasks related to property management operations
- Manage scheduling and coordination for property-related activities
- Facilitate communication between tenants property owners and management team
- Support management of apartment buildings including high-rise and low-rise properties
- Assist with condominium association management and HOA-style property operations
- Perform data entry level bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Integrate with existing team systems and software platforms
- Support daily operational activities to reduce workload on management
Requirements
- 3-4 years of property management assistant experience
- Previous experience working with US-based property management companies
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities for tenant and owner interactions
- Proficiency with property management software and systems
- Ability to work EST business hours
- Experience with both residential apartment management and condominium/HOA operations preferred
- Basic bookkeeping and data entry capabilities
