Job Summary
McBride has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Scheduler providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/HBD) Theater Battle Control Division.
The Theater Battle Control Division manages efforts focused on developing acquiring fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications Battle Management Command & Control Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Tactical Air Control Air/Ground Surveillance Time Critical Targeting Combat Identification Radar Imagery Integrated Air/Missile Defense and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.
This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford Massachusetts.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO
- Provide IMS technical products (e.g. GANTT charts network diagrams)
- Ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success
- Support requirements development plan preparation and assess ability to achieve results
- Communicate schedule objectives plans and status to the customer the project team and management
- Perform corrective actions as necessary to achieve end result
Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelors Degree in a related discipline
Years of Experience: 10 years of experience with at least five years supporting DoD programs
- Advanced understanding of scheduling tools to include Microsoft Project
