Security Services Northwest Inc. (SSNW) a premier private security company serving the West Coast since 1977 is seeking an accomplished Vice President to oversee operations and drive company growth. SSNW provides armed and unarmed security patrol dispatching alarm installation maritime AT/FP and remote monitoring services to local state and federal clients across multiple states.
The ideal candidate is a proven executive leader with a deep understanding of corporate operations acquisitions security services and innovation through the integration of technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the President and CEO daily.
- Oversee Sales Human Resources Contracting Compliance Operations Alarm Accounting IT and Payroll Departments.
- Lead company-wide operational strategy compliance and performance management.
- Manage multi-state contracts licensing and insurance renewals.
- Ensure financial integrity efficiency and long-term sustainability.
- Represent SSNW in executive meetings client engagements and industry events.
- Must reside within 45 minutes of SSNW Headquarters in Sequim WA.
- This is an in-person position reporting to HQ daily.
Qualifications
- 10 years of executive or senior leadership experience in operations service industry or security management.
- Direct experience managingemployees across multiple states locations and or divisions.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance contract law labor law and multi-state regulatory compliance.
- Strong background in AI technology and software development is a plus.
- A bachelors or masters degree is preferred though not mandatory.
- Experience in the security field or law enforcement/military is a plus.
- Proven record of leadership accountability and professional integrity.
- Experience working with ADP and scheduling software applications.
- Must pass criminal history check drug testing good driving record and sign NDA
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $195000 $225000 annually DOE
- $25000 signing bonus
- Up to $20000 in relocation reimbursement (if needed)
