Clinic-Based Full-Time MondayFriday $21.50$26.00 per hour

Help children build communication social and daily living skills through compassionate evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in our Durham clinic through structured interactive ABA sessions.

This full-time clinic-based position offers consistent weekday hours supportive BCBA mentorship and opportunities for professional growth.

Position Details

Location: Durham NC
Setting: Clinic-based ABA therapy
Schedule: MondayFriday consistent daytime hours
Employment Type: Full-time (30 hours/week)
Compensation: $21.50$26.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)
Reports To: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What Youll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools
Support communication social and daily living skill development
Maintain a positive structured learning environment
Communicate progress and observations with supervising clinicians

Qualifications

Required:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to complete training and background checks
Consistent attendance and punctuality

Preferred:
Six months of ABA experience in a clinic setting

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $21.50$26.00 per hour
(based on experience certification and schedule availability)
