About the Role
2-year fixed-term contract
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Campus Recruiting & Recruiting Events Consultant to join our Recruiting team in this pivotal role you will be responsible for driving our campus recruiting strategy and delivering engaging recruiting events across all our German offices. Working in close partnership with the Global Recruitment and Early Careers teams as well as the People Brand team you will support our target campus approach foster relationships with top student talent and champion our Smart Challenge internship program ensuring alignment with broader strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement our campus recruiting initiatives ensuring the execution of our target campus strategy and maintaining consistency with the firms overall recruitment vision.
- Organize promote and deliver high-impact recruiting events across all German offices collaborating with cross-functional teams to create memorable candidate experiences that showcase our values and opportunities.
- Act as primary contact for our Smart Challenge internship program managing end-to-end operations and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to drive participation and excellence.
- Partner with Early Careers Global Recruitment and People Brand & Experience teams to share best practices provide feedback and continuously improve our campus engagement approach.
- Monitor campus and recruiting event trends leveraging insights to refine strategies and remain competitive in attracting top student talent.
- In collaboration with Early Careers and People Brand & Experience support the communication and promotion of campus events and the Smart Challenge program ensuring brand consistency and visibility across our candidate journey.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders providing insights and recommendations on student engagement.
- Collaborate with partners associates and alumni to support campus initiatives and storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Psychology HR or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- ideally first experience in campus recruitment employer branding or student engagement ideally within professional services or a global organisation.
- Familiarity with talent programs and student demographics.
- Experience working in a matrixed fast-paced environment.
