About the Role
As a Territory Sales Representative you will play a key role in driving sales growth in the commercial and institutional sectors (including healthcare education hospitality and community infrastructure). This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships understanding customer needs and providing solutions that add value. Youll work closely with contractors engineers developers and distributors to expand our presence and strengthen partnerships.

Youll be part of Victaulics Metro team collaborating with colleagues to drive success across the region. This role requires a curious humble and eager-to-learn professional who enjoys developing deep customer relationships and identifying business opportunities.

What Youll Do

  • Develop & Grow Accounts Focus on existing relationships learn about each customers business and uncover opportunities to provide solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Approach Understand client challenges and recommend the best-fit products and services to meet their needs.
  • Strategic Market Engagement Work with contractors engineers and distributors to drive product adoption in commercial and institutional projects.
  • Collaborate with the Metro Team Leverage team insights and expertise to strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting Track sales activity market trends and business opportunities.

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of sales experience (ideally in B2B construction mechanical systems or technical sales).
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Ability to connect with customers and create long-term partnerships.
  • Curious and Solutions-Oriented Passion for learning understanding client needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Mechanical Aptitude Comfortable discussing technical concepts and learning about mechanical systems.
  • Self-Motivated & Collaborative Able to work independently while leveraging the support of the Metro team.
  • Ability to travel locally (minimal overnight travel required).

Salary: $90k (based on experience) (car uncapped commission & bonus)
