Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)in Mountain House CA. As a BCBA at Ascend you will develop implement and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans for children and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support their development and success. This is a full-time in-person role with competitive pay ranging from $80000 to $95000 per year based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Implement effective behavior management strategies.
- Monitor and analyze data to ensure the efficacy of treatment plans making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists occupational therapists early interventionist/ infant development specialists and educators to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related field (required).
- Experience in a similar role working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for working collaboratively to create positive outcomes for children and families.

- Compensation: $80000$95000 per year based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time in-person role in Modesto.
