PIM Data Syndication Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PIM Data Syndication Specialist to join our Digital this role you will be responsible for developing managing and optimizing data syndication within our Product Information Management system Salsify PXM. You will collaborate with the PIM Data Governance Specialist and cross-functional teams to define syndication channel requirements frameworks and taxonomies ensuring data readiness and enabling automation for Ansell distributors and marketplaces. You will also support Channel Managers and promote PIM best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Salsify PIM Channel Managers and regional teams troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Support channel setup configuration and data mapping to enable efficient and accurate syndication.

• Monitor and optimize channel readiness through calculated outputs data transformations and structured reporting to maintain consistent data flow.

• Contribute to defining and tracking data KPIs to ensure completeness accuracy and consistency across channels.

• Manage all channel-related and regional tickets and requests.

• Execute bulk uploads and bulk updates of data.

• Facilitate product data translation via the Smartcat integration with Salsify PXM to meet global data requirements and oversee completeness of data in specific languages.

• Support the management of digital assets in the Salsify Asset Library to meet syndication needs.

• Ensure alignment between channel structures and Ansells unified data models maintaining governance and ownership of channel-specific attributes.

• Define and apply validation rules to uphold structured content quality and compliance standards.

• Create and maintain clear documentation and deliver user training sessions.

• Support the development of efficient Salsify workflows and best practices to enhance governance and platform utilization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital processes and drive PIM adoption across the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Hands-on experience with PIM platforms (experience with Salsify preferred).

• Solid understanding of data syndication taxonomy design and data modeling principles.

• Strong grasp of digital product data flows channel structures and syndication processes across distributors and marketplaces.

• Familiarity with data governance frameworks validation rules and data quality best practices.

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Effective communication documentation and training abilities with a collaborative cross-functional mindset.
