What Youll Do

Lead the planning budgeting and development of design projects
Meet clients to discuss ideas materials and scope of work
Design and create renderings for remodels and insurance restoration projects
Coordinate with vendors (cabinets countertops fixtures) and manage product selections
Visit job sites to measure verify details and ensure designs match project needs
Review estimates renderings and deliveries for accuracy and completeness

What Were Looking For

3 years of experience in construction remodeling or design
Proficiency with Chief Architect (or similar 3D design software)
Strong understanding of plumbing electrical and materials selection
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Xactimate knowledge or certification is a plus
Clean background and valid drivers license

Have experience working in insurance restoration or residential remodeling

Please Note: This is not a remote position. The role requires you to be in-office at the start and end of each day with site visits throughout.
