Hourly Compensation: $19.00-21.00 USD

Schedule: Monday-Friday Shifts are between 730 AM starting time through an ending time of 8 PM (8 hour shifts in that range).

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive company-provided vehicles around a University campus.
• Deliver packages to designated mail stops in different Faculty buildings
• Deliver and load packages into lockers in different locations around campus for student pick up
• Scan packages in from couriers scan packages out to customers
• Sort and file packages for customer pick up;Process outgoing packages
• Deliver packages to labs as needed;Shipping & Receiving
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Lift large bundles of mail overnight packages and shipments of paper
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• Participate in cross-training ; Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Prior relevant mail services experience is a plus
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet employers attendance policy
• A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
