Job Overview:
The Associate Manager - Customer Success plays a critical stabilizing role in a project-intensive and production-driven environment undergoing a leadership transition. Acting as an operational anchor this role focuses on maintaining delivery momentum fostering team confidence and ensuring continuity across key workflows. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations with strong emphasis on project coordination task delegation and hands-on support. This position serves as a communication bridge between team members and leadership ensuring clarity alignment and accountability throughout the transition phase. The ideal candidate is a resilient people-focused leader with strong multitasking ability capable of driving both structure and team morale in a dynamic high-responsibility setting.
Job Responsibilities:
Convert project backlogs into a sprint board within 2 weeks and maintain at least 90% on-time delivery.
Implement RACI matrices and workload charts to balance effort and maintain individual utilization at 85% or above.
Schedule bi-weekly department performance sessions ensuring every team member leads at least one session within 3 months.
Require 5 Whys analysis for all Sev 1 incidents and collaborate with product and development teams to eliminate 50% of repeat issues within 3 months.
Publish project status and risk dashboards every Wednesday by 4 p.m. EST.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Project Management foreign education is a plus.
They should possess 34 years of experience in project management or team leadership with strong multitasking delegation technical familiarity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
