Regional Operations Partner (DVM) Houston Texas
A growing veterinary network is seeking a Regional Operations Partner to provide clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple practices in the Houston TX area. This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian with a passion for guiding teams developing doctors and improving patient outcomes through collaborative leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality veterinary care while supporting the professional growth of doctors and staff
Collaborate with practice leaders to enhance workflows medical quality and client satisfaction
Offer mentorship and training for veterinarians at different stages of their careers
Support recruitment onboarding and retention efforts for new doctors
Partner with leadership to review performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
Ensure adherence to medical standards safety protocols and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
Active veterinary license in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain one
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with proven leadership or mentorship background
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel within the local region as needed
