Regional Operations Partner (DVM) Houston Texas

A growing veterinary network is seeking a Regional Operations Partner to provide clinical leadership and mentorship across multiple practices in the Houston TX area. This position is ideal for an experienced veterinarian with a passion for guiding teams developing doctors and improving patient outcomes through collaborative leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality veterinary care while supporting the professional growth of doctors and staff

  • Collaborate with practice leaders to enhance workflows medical quality and client satisfaction

  • Offer mentorship and training for veterinarians at different stages of their careers

  • Support recruitment onboarding and retention efforts for new doctors

  • Partner with leadership to review performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities

  • Ensure adherence to medical standards safety protocols and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree

  • Active veterinary license in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain one

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with proven leadership or mentorship background

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel within the local region as needed
