The Office Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact for office administration employee support and operations logistics. This person ensures that daily operations flow efficiently the office environment is professional and welcoming and internal processes are well coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
Coordinate office projects and assist the Owner and Operations Manager
Create and manage caregiver & Client birthday and Holiday post cards
Greet and assist visitors clients staff in a professional manner
Manage office supplies mail and vendor communication
Assist with on-boarding new caregivers including documentations and orientation process
Maintain accurate client and employee records in compliance with agency and state requirement
Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
Qualifications
Compassionate reliable and team oriented attitude
Ability to multitask prioritize and remain calm in a fast paced environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required degree
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Reliable transportation required
Team-oriented adaptable and able to work independently
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft office and Scheduling software
