Hourly Amusement Cashier – TRR Granville

What you will do:

Our AmusementCashiers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. The Amusement Cashier ensures all transactions are entered correctly and is an expert on the venues offerings and special events to educate guests on maximizing their visit. If you thrive in an energetic fast-paced and social atmosphere this may be the opportunity for you!

Starting Hourly Wage: $17.85

In this role your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Upselling game tags explaining to guests how the credit system works and the advantages of purchasing different denominations.
• Operating the Point-of-Sale systems and procedures associated with that Point of Sale
• Ensuring your counter and inventory is always well-maintained cleaned and well stocked and youve learnt the product in the Store.
• Being a trusted resource for guests effectively handling and relaying all guest inquiries questions and concerns to Management and ensuring guests adhere to the venue and Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

• For licensed venues candidates must be the required age of majority or older.
• You preferably have some experience with customer service.
• You can complete tasks with attention to detail.
• You have quick addition and problem-solving skills.
• You have strong communication skills.
