Job Summary
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
What You Will Be Doing:
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process
- Manage AR statement Sales Invoice and Credit control process
- Support implementation and monitoring of corrective actions for internal audit and regulatory issues.
- Support annual statutory audit and stock count
- Handle independently compliance of Taiwan local tax related requirements including Transfer Price adjustments and documentation VAT filing tax authority inquiries etc.
- Indirect procurement and High Risk Payment process
- Execute the controls on Indirect Channel Management discount process
- Margin analysis of deals masterdata pricing set up
- Manage local bank statements and finance system support
- SOX Narratives & Control Matrix walkthrough testing
- SOD SGRT and Self Assessment
- Master Data maintenance
- Any other adhoc duties
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 to 5 years of commercial accounting experience in MNCs
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Proven ability and keen interest to resolve problems independently
- Good analytical skills able to identify gaps in existing processes and propose ways to improve
- Willing and open to accept a 6 months contractual role
