The Opportunity
Were looking for a Key Account Manager whos passionate about building strong client relationships and driving growth.
In this role youll act as a trusted advisor to key customers identifying opportunities to enhance their IT strategies through tailored technology solutions. Working within a supportive high-performing team youll play a key role in strengthening partnerships and delivering long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and drive account growth.
- Provide consultative guidance on IT strategy products and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Champion innovation to help clients achieve business success.
About You
- Proven experience in account management or business development (preferably within IT or MSP environments).
- A consultative client-first approach with strong communication skills.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Commercially astute proactive and motivated by growth and success.
