Your new role
Were on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive Rostering Coordinator to join our team full-time in Flemington. This is a fast-paced people-focused role where no two days are the same. Youll be the vital link between our management team frontline staff and clients ensuring smooth and efficient rostering that supports continuity of care.
Whether youre an experienced scheduler or someone with transferable skills from aged care disability support nursing or recreation if youre ready for a change and love solving puzzles we want to hear from you!
Please note: Wintringham is currently undergoing a change management consultation process in accordance with Wintringham Collective Agreement 2024-2028. As part of this process it is proposed that the title of this role will be updated to Rostering and Allocations Officer to better reflect the scope and responsibilities of the position. This change is subject to final consultation outcomes and will be communicated accordingly during the recruitment and selection process.
