What youll do:
Strategically design and deploy advanced production-grade AI solutions focusing onGenerative AI LLMs RAG patterns and sophisticated agentic workflows.
Architect and lead the implementation of cloud-native AI systems refining LLMOps/DevOpspipelines for optimal scalability and reliability.
Guide the integration and adaptation of data pipelines APIs and advanced integration layersfor enterprise AI deployment.
Promote and implement best practices in AI governance ethics and responsible AI ensuringfuture-proof solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to effectively translate and implement complex AI concepts intohigh-impact business solutions.
What were looking for:
Experience delivering data-driven AI and genAI solutions in a businessenvironment.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technicalstakeholders.
Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate businessproblems into data-driven solutions.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Technical skills:
o Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Java is a plus
o Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas NumPy and SciPy
o Hands-on experience with AI and Agentic frameworks (LangChain LlamaIndex vectordatabases LangGraph CrewAI etc).
o Working expertise and strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerisation technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
o Solid understanding of data engineering and pipelines (SQL ETL/ELT distributed systems) tohandle large datasets and unstructured data data cleaning and preprocessing.
o Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
o Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices
o Experience designing production grade AI systems
o Experience integrating AI into enterprise systems (ERP CRM BI) is a plus
