Business Analyst Configuration Management & Medicaid IT Modernization
Contract - W2 Position - Remote
Contract - W2 Position - Remote
Required:
- 5 years of experience with Medicaid IT Services
- 5 years of experience with ChangeMan Tool
- 2 years of experience with Translator Tool
- 5 years of experience with BMC Footprints ticketing system
- 3 years of experience with QA testing (upgrades)
- Bachelors degree
Preferred Skills
- SQL
- Mainframe
- Cobol
Specific Skills:
- Requirement gathering and documentation
- Process analysis and workflow optimization
- Configuration management support (ChangeMan tool)
- Dashboard creation and asset management initiatives
- QA testing support
