As a Business Development Supervisor (Selling) your main responsibility will be to lead and mentor the business development team in generating and nurturing leads to foster business growth. Additionally you will actively engage in outreach to leads generated from marketing activities and convert them to the sales teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that business development activities are aligned with the companys goals and that the team operates efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve supervising team members coordinating with other departments and analyzing campaign data to optimize performance.
Your Impact
1. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the business development team providing guidance support and performance feedback on a regular basis to ensure team success. Schedule regular one-on-one meetings with the team leads to discuss progress address any challenges and provide feedback. 2. Marketing Outreach: Conduct outreach activities such as calling email marketing and providing prospective clients with marketing materials to nurture leads and gather additional information resulting in an MQL or SQL. 3. Lead Management: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and maintain a consistent flow of potential customers into the sales pipeline. Support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns to ensure a high volume of marketing leads. Proven ability to manage partner channels impartially ensuring fair and balanced support for all partners while driving collaborative success. 4. Data Analysis: Monitoring the performance of marketing leads and ensuring timely handover of leads. 5. Process Improvement: Work closely with management to identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the business development team. 6. Campaign Management Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure a high volume of marketing leads are generated resulting in SQLs. 7. Governance: Demonstrate a clear understanding of and strict adherence to the rules of engagement specific to each instance and division ensuring compliance and consistency across all interactions. 8. Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for business development agents addressing their inquiries and resolving challenges
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Requires 5 years of related experience; bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred. Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or a related field. Experience in leadership or supervisory role Proven experience in lead management marketing coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other marketing tools. Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving. In accordance with applicable law we are providing the anticipated base salary for this role:$61800 - $92520 annually.
