Job Summary
Position Summary:
The Parts Driver is responsible for delivery of parts to customers collecting payment for parts and keeping the Parts Department clean.
Essential Duties:
- Deliver parts to our customers treating them in a friendly and businesslike manner
- Help maintain the professional appearance of the Parts Department
- Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications
- Make sure Parts trucks stay clean and maintained
- Collect cash payments upon delivery of parts to customers if applicable
Additional Duties:
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Strive for harmony and teamwork with all other departments toward dealership goals
- Arrive to work on time
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid drivers license and must be insurable as per the dealerships insurance carrier
- Lifting and physically transporting parts in the parts area as necessary
