We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager ready to make a lasting difference in childrens lives. Youll take on a leadership role providing supervision and support to residential workers overseeing placement plans risk assessments and ensuring that policies and educational support are upheld. A patient and supportive approach is essential along with the ability to form positive relationships with the children.
