The Digital Graduate Programme is a rewarding opportunity tailored towards top-class students fresh out of university.

What you can expect

As a skilled individual with the right mindset the programme offers you a unique way of gaining experience in what it takesto enable professional quality ina multinational company of 40.000 employees.

The Digital Graduate Programme lasts for two years and is structured around three rotations each lasting eight months. During each rotation youll have the opportunity to step into a different role within a new functional area of Carlsberg IT all based at our Central Office in Copenhagen. From the beginning you will be supported by a 2nd year Graduate as your buddy and also mentored by Senior Leaders. You will become a part of the Graduate Community and have a chance to learn and get inspired through formal workshops and an informal network with colleagues from different tracks and functions.

Additionally during your journey you will be also conducting a special project with the People & Culture Business Partner on the side of your rotations.

By the end of the programme youll have gained a broad range of experiences and skills preparing you to continue your journey with Carlsberg as a key enabler of our digital future - whether thats as a people leader project leader or subject matter expert.

Throughout the programme you can expect to learn and develop in a dynamic environment surrounded by amazing colleagues from all corners of the globe. We think and work with a global perspective in IT so while some of your teammates will be right there in the office with you many others will be collaborating with you online from countries such as the UK India Hong Kong Serbia and beyond. This international network not only enriches your learning experience but also broadens your understanding of different cultures and working styles helping you to thrive in a truly global company.

What were looking for with our future IT Digital Graduates

You are determined and creative when you work to realize your digital ideas when you engage in complex problem-solving and when you secure our rock-solid operations. Youll like to see things through to completion so youll take the lead on any assignment you are given and deliver the outcomes until you see the benefit.

Youre not a huge fan of failure but you know that sometimes its a stepping stone towards growth. You are open-minded and embrace change.

Furthermore the role requires you to have some of the following qualifications and features:

• Experience in a corporate setting ideally within an IT department and with exposure to business-facing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and different locations (we are a truly global organization!).
• A structured approach to work with attention to detail and the ability to balance precision with pragmatism.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint Teams) and generative AI tools.
• Experience in building dashboards or overviews to support decision-making.
• Exposure to project management methodologies and tools.
• An open can-do growth mindset

Bonus skills that potentially could set you apart:

• Basic coding or scripting knowledge (e.g. Python JavaScript SQL)
• Data visualization and analytics experience (e.g. Power BI Tableau Excel Google Analytics)
• Understanding of cloud and digital platforms (e.g. Azure AWS Salesforce SAP)
• Familiarity with agile ways of working (Scrum Kanban DevOps)
• Awareness of UX/UI principles and user-centric design

Its a requirement for all our global programmes that you:

• Have a relevant masters degree (or will obtain it this coming Summer)
• Speak and write in English at a fluent level
• Have relevant working experience from e.g. student jobs.
