Job Description

The Personal Assistant will play a key role in managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling confidential administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills who can anticipate needs and contribute to the companys smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars appointments and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings including logistics and documentation.

  • Handle correspondence reports and communications with attention to detail.

  • Support executives with daily administrative operations and project coordination.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

  • Assist with document preparation filing and record management.

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
