We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic Citrix migration project within a global enterprise environment. This role involves managing the migration from legacy Citrix environments to a modern scalable and secure infrastructure. This project falls under a broader portfolio of IT and OT Infrastructure Projects requiring close collaboration with other project managers program leadership and cross-functional teams across a multicultural international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of IT/OT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
- Manage the Citrix migration effort including legacy environment decommissioning
- Coordinate across infrastructure application and cybersecurity teams
- Ensure full compliance with IT Security GxP and Quality Assurance standards
- Control project scope budget milestones and deliverables
- Identify and manage risks issues and interdependencies
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across departments and leadership levels
- Maintain and update project documentation and reporting (e.g. steering committee updates)
- Ensure vendor alignment and manage third-party service providers
- Oversee validation testing and user acceptance activities
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain up-to-date project management systems
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager
- Solid understanding of Citrix technologies (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Cloud NetScaler)
- Experience leading migration projects involving legacy systems
- Strong technical grounding in IT infrastructure (networks servers firewalls endpoints)
- Familiarity with IT governance in the pharmaceutical industry (GxP FDA)
- Exceptional communication conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and project reporting software
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Project Management certification (PMP Prince2 or equivalent)
