Initial Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of National Calibration Inc and our clients. Your initial responsibilities will include:- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly professionally and with a customer-first attitude.
- Sales Support: Engage with customers to promote our services help manage leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Appointment Scheduling & Coordination: Organize appointments and coordinate the receipt and delivery of customer equipment ensuring schedules are optimized and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Client Data Management: Use our in-house designed software to maintain accurate client records track service needs and monitor equipment status.
- Task Management: Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment ensuring all responsibilities are completed on time and in alignment with company goals.
Skills Knowledge and Abilities:
To succeed in this role you should possess the following skills and qualifications- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable using Excel Word Outlook Teams and other tools for client communication and data management.
- Strong Organization skills: Able to prioritize tasks manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
- High School Diploma or equivalent: Required.
- Knowledge of Tools: Helpful but not mandatory.
- College Degree: Is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to frequently sit stand walk and reach for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift or move heavy instruments (up to 50 pounds for short distances)
Must Have:- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
