Are you passionate about creating safe workplaces and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced hands-on industry Join our team as a Health & Safety Specialist and play a key role in protecting our people our fleet and our business.

Were looking for a safety leader who can build strong relationships provide training and ensure compliance with OSHA DOT FMCSA EPA and other regulatory requirements.

What Youll Do

• Develop implement and promote safety programs across all locations.
• Conduct facility and fleet safety inspections audits and risk assessments.
• Lead accident and incident investigations including root cause analysis.
• Train and engage employees in OSHA DOT and Hazmat safety requirements.
• Maintain driver qualification files permits and fleet compliance records.
• Monitor and enforce DOT/FMCSA regulations including Hours of Service.

Partner with management to identify risks track safety performance and drive 

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of health & safety or DOT compliance experience (transportation or manufacturing industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA DOT/FMCSA and environmental regulations.
• Proven experience in safety audits training and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software (e.g. TenStreet).
• Ability to travel regularly between retail and retread facilities.
• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred.
