AtWork is seeking a compassionate Therapist to support individuals overcoming substance use trauma and post-incarceration challenges. Join a mission-driven team helping members rebuild their lives through accountability healing and hope.
What Youll Do:
Provide individual and group therapy (CBT REBT MI)
Develop treatment plans and maintain documentation
Facilitate daily group sessions (23 hrs)
Collaborate with peer coaches families and re-entry staff
What Youll Need:
Masters degree in behavioral health field
AZ license (LAC LMSW or LAAC) or eligible within 6 months
2 years behavioral health experience
CPR/First Aid & crisis de-escalation certification
Valid AZ drivers license & background clearance
